The room was fine, staff are lovely. The shower was a single dribble

From a superficial view the hotel was amazing. However, the cups in the cupboard had not been washed, the shower did not have proper seals which made the bathroom floor get wet easily. The lights system sometimes worked and sometimes did not. The beds were very easily moveable which made them separate from the bed head easily while sleep or sitting on the bed. The positive is how amazing the staff are and the attitude they bring to their work every day

Great location on waterfront

Clean, comfortable and right in the middle of town. The street outside is lively.

Check in is late at 3pm but check out is still 10am. I booked a double room as I was travelling with my daughter and the image shown had two x queen beds. But when we checked him the manger on duty said they didn’t have many of them and they were all taken, so the room we had two single beds… Hotel itself is great, just a couple of minor niggles…
