The staff were wonderful and the place is beautiful. The gardens are very well maintained. There are activities everyday and music in the evenings. The people living in the village next door are very friendly and the children are very nice and respectful. The spa is wonderful. The chefs are friendly and answer any questions you may have about local food.

Loved the ambiance and superior customer service. The fire and polynesian show by the beachfront on Saturday night was a major highlight

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location for short stays. Pool was great and had a great spa treatment. It can be quite noisy outside because it’s on the main road , best to wear earplugs. Overall highly recommend

It was hard to leave Hideaway! I had a few hickups and staff were very responsive. One was an airconditioner that broke down, the staff quickly moved me to another similar seaside bure. The other was on my second visit when I had left an major electronic device behind in my hotel in Suva. Staff at Hideaway jumped in to contact the hotel in Suva, ensure the item would be transferred to Hideaway the same day. That was a huge relief. all in all, I would recommend Hideaway and I would stay there again should I ever be lucky enought to be in Fiji again.
