The apartment was good for our needs. But my friend felt unsafe as the bathroom window safety screan was partially damaged the fly sceen was off. Mould in the showers. Lots of mould, not just a little. There was Mould on the ceiling about a foot round with a 5cm hole. And cement in the window frame which made it hard to open/close the window. Dirty doors. No toilet roll holder. Shower hose was spraying everywhere except on my body. We decided to stay because, better the devil you know than the devil you don't. The staff were so lovely. Apparently the rooms were being renovated. But we where charge full price. No shampoo or conditioner available.

Dawn and the whole staff were fantastic. The whole island was set up for us to use at all times.

The property was wonderful. The rooms are large, well appointed, comfortable, and beautiful. We enjoyed the plunge pool, outdoor lounging area, beachside room, outdoor shower, tasty coffee in the room, rain shower, complementary beauty items, nightly turn down service with chocolates and stories to read, and so much more. The staff goes above and beyond to greet you and memorize your name. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs throughout the day. We did not get a chance to check out the spa. I did put in a last minute request but they didn’t get back to me till after we’d left. However, to their credit, since it was raining lots of people booked the spa.
