The lovely lady who checked us in was an absolute standout. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly — within minutes it felt more like chatting with someone we’d known for years than checking into a motel. That kind of genuine hospitality makes such a difference, especially when you’re traveling. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Such a wonderful find in Nelson. We would happily stay at Palazzo again and absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting!"
