"We enjoyed our stay at Suzanne's place. The property is beautiful with all of the greenery and the ensuite is very cozy and has everything you really need as far as amenities. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are soft. Our daughter slept on the futon which is way more comfortable than I imagined it would be. Suzanne was very accommodating and communication was excellent. After a long game day this was a great place to come back to . . Thanks Suzanne!amene"

"Stayed here during a family funeral. It was a great location to get to all different locations around town. The lake is very pretty and lovely to walk around (.6 miles). I had never seen a Muscovy duck before and it was fun to sit on the benches and watch them. Black dog coffee is about a quarter mile from the house and serves excellent brew. Would stay here again but I hope I don't have to."

"Note, I am only commenting on the room that I rented, not the entire apartment. Everyone has their own circumstances. The room that I stayed in was kept cleaner than the rest of the apartment. The owner put in effort to make the rental space nice. I entered the apartment and went straight to my rented room only."

"Talk about a very clean space and the pics are exactly how pristine this place is!! 3 BRs/3 Baths, clean floors, comfy beds, view of a water feature in the back with an outdoor seating area (didn't experience unfortunately). What a splendid spot, and not far from downtown. Pillows are too big for my liking and there are some ants along the base board at the entry door. Something that should be treated. Overall, beautiful condo!!! "

"We stayed at this property while visiting Tallahassee for an FSU game, and found this gem about 40 minutes away from the stadium. The property is at the top of what seems to be an apartment complex with about 7 other units with tenants. It is a small unit, with a very cohesive interior design with beautiful updated fixtures. The unit itself was very clean and tidy. The inside space is a bit on the small side, but there is a very good use of space. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful...
