Staff and culture of the hotel were great! A lot of attention.
Clean, great bed, pillows, and cover. Great location.
The reasons this is not 5* are: wall insulation was not great. We could hear many noises from the adiacent rooms. Second, the toilet room is flooded with light any time you open the door. Imagine 3am going to the bathroom and from the darkness of the room being assaulted with bright lights from a halogen on the ceiling and from one of the walls. Can’t they just put a low night light? We asked the reception and they said nothing could be done about it.

The Le Parc Hotel Obernai is the best and most unique hotel that I have stayed in Europe. It is set in Obernai which is a charming city with history and small restaurants and shops.
The hotel staff was wonderful and the design of the hotel was a perfect mixture of modern and classic. Our room was new and very roomy with a little outside area and a very comfortable bed.
The restaurant had wonderful food and service.
The spa, is very unique and cool. Multiple floors of different kinds of rooms and treatments and a little maze of pools in the bottom floor with a surprise in each little nook. The treatments were wonderful and reasonable.
Can’t complaint about anything. It was a wonderful experience and if we are in the area I would stay there in a second.

Great hotel on the edge of the city. We used it as a base to visit the Alsace area. Rulantica is 45 minutes away. Colmar / pretty villages about 1 hour - 45 minutes away.
