Staff was super. The Gal that helped me said if you need anything just ask.. well i never did. But you offer a full kitchen with nothing in it…not one knife or fork. No plates… nothing ….nothing.. how do you use a kitchen with nothing to eat or prepare with?

"First off, room carpet was soaking wet on one side from water leak or something and staff made us feel like we were first people to have an issue… offered towels instead of a room change… finally got another room then they called us at midnight to ask why we were in that room… doors being slammed ..."
