About this space
The quintessential Tiny Home experience at beautiful Hi Saw Gap! The Southern Cross is located cliff's edge with endless views over untouched natural beauty. Fabulous outdoor amenities compel you to be outside, including a glass enclosed shelter, propane fire pit, charcoal BBQ grill, and covered bistro deck with outdoor kitchen and prep station. Located just a half-mile from Stumphouse Tunnel, Issaqueena Falls, Yellow Branch Falls hiking trail, and the World class Stumphouse Mountain Bike Park.
The space
The private outdoor space is warm and welcoming and the interior space is cozy cute and functional, with everything you need and nothing you don't. Come test drive the Tiny Home lifestyle!

As the interior space is small, interior privacy is somewhat more limited, and we recommend this property to one person or two people who are already comfortable traveling or living together. Pets are welcome but it may not be comfortable with large animals over 50lbs. This unit is located adjacent to our other suite, The Valhalla Sky Suite, but no spaces are shared other than parking and entry gate. We welcome pets and as such, other pets may be present on the greater property. All pets must be leashed at all times outside.

Interior space is 160sq feet, and the shower/toilet is partioned with an accordion style door. Since privacy is somewhat limited in this sense, we recommend this unit to people who are already very comfortable traveling or living together.

Hi Saw Gap consists of 2 separate rental suites placed next to each other. If you would like the entire property you may additionally book our other suite, The Valhalla Sky Suite (Hi Saw Gap can accommodate up to 5 guests total).

The view is worth everything. It is a small space inside but perfect for a weekend couple's getaway and plenty of view to relax outdoors. We also LOVED that it was so dog friendly/accomodating, we would stay here again for this perk alone. Hiking right down the road was also super convient.
