"Very enjoyable stay at the Jephson. First time have stayed there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Booked a Deluxe room - very spacious, very tidy, and well presented. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Bathroom space was generous, as was the shower. Balcony was great - sizeable area that you could sit, have a drink/eat and enjoy the surrounds. Location is great - short walk (5mins) to major shops, as well as good dining options. Also short walk to public transport (bus & train 5 mins, ferry/city cat 10 mins). Would definitely stay again."

"Room was spotless, very comfortable. Staff on reception friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. We would suggest you have a fan operating for staff working behind the bar! We felt for the young man covering afternoon and mornings... He was awesome but given the temperatures he was working in with nothing to help ease things is not good. "
