“Checked in with Staff at the front desk and She was very nice but I asked for a non- smoking room in advance notice on Expedia and as soon as we entered the Elevator to go to the 2nd floor of Comfort Suites,You could smell stagnant smoke, starting there,arrived to the 2nd floor and as soon as the doors opened it was awful at the smoking stinch you could smell starting in the hallway as we walked down the hall to our room number and it took more than several tries to get into the room with the……

“Everything was great, except for the fact that the hotel doesn’t make it clear you cannot show up past 3 AM or your stay is voided with no refund. And if anything of this nature happens, do not expect the staff to be helpful. They won’t even apologize to you, just offer for you to pay for another room. This hotel was fine, everything was fine besides lack of understanding and sympathy from staff.”
