"Staff were lovely and beds were comfy"

"Drove from Sydney expecting a good night's sleep and instead, I got a loud trashy night club blaring awful music and the bass reverbating through my room. I called reception and asked if they could reduce the volume and bass but they refused. I then went downstairs and spoke to the manager, Emma, who kept repeating 'It's a pub' and that they have live music every Friday. Many guests are international visitors and don't know that. It's also a hotel. People book hotels to sleep. I asked to move...
