"We booked a suite on the first floor. The bed was comfortable, but all the furniture, such as the sofas are dirty. We had a huge patio that had not been cleaned in quite some time. "整體感覺很糟，前台人員除了第一天入住時接待的那位服務人員外，其他幾位都不太熱情，環保程度選擇太棒了是因為廁所衛生紙用完不會補，連毛巾收走後也沒有補足新的，連洗髮精也都沒有補充，所以環保上可以很諷刺的給滿分。第一天的房間門故障，無法正常開啟，隔天換一間房結果電視一直當機，真的不推薦這家飯 店"

"It was an amazing place. We had great time. My only issue was getting up to the bed spaces. I have mobility issues and fibromyalgia so the large steps were difficult to navigate. My partner had no problem at all. We loved visiting with all the animals."
