Absolutely outstanding service – truly unforgettable stay Our stay at Nostalgia Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond in ways we’ve never experienced before. We were upgraded on arrival, which immediately set the tone for the stay. Every evening, the staff offered complimentary snacks, and on the morning of our departure at 6am, they even offered us breakfast. We declined due to the early hour, but they insisted on giving us something to take away — a thoughtful goody bag with bread, yoghurt, sausage and milk. Such a kind gesture. One of the biggest highlights was the free laundry service. Washing and drying were completed by the staff every single day at no cost, which was an absolute lifesaver while travelling. No request was ever too much — anything we asked for was handled with genuine care and enthusiasm. On departure morning, I simply went to ask where the taxi pick-up point was, as the hotel is located in a narrow alley where taxis can’t reach. Instead of just pointing us in the right direction, a staff member put her jacket on and personally walked us to the taxi — around a three-minute walk away — at 6am. That level of service is truly unbelievable. We were also helped step-by-step with ordering food delivery, which can be quite restricted and confusing for tourists. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I cannot recommend Nostalgia Hotel highly enough. Never experienced such service before.

I have very mixed feelings about our stay: Positives: - location (close to subway, supermarket next door,etc) - friendly and helpful reception staff (don't really speak English but use a translator device and keen to help). - big room with a separate area for kids Negatives: - overall decor and cleanliness - as children stay free no amenities were provided for them. Had to ask for bedding and towels on arrival. Their bed never got made or enough towels left. - very rude staff in the breakfast bar (apart from the young guy on a couple of mornings) - rooms only cleaned superficially, sink and floor dirty, mushrooms sprouting in the shower. - limited breakfast options for western palates, not much variety from day to day. - no free ice-cream in lobby. My kids were disappointed. We stayed for 9 days and it wasn't available once. Don't advertise if you're not going to restock it. - view from our winfow: ask for street view if you can!

The room was great — very clean and had great amenities. Lots to do/eat within walking distance! The staff is AMAZING — so friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!
