The building we were assigned to did not have an ice machine, and there was no one at the front desk available to assist us. On top of that, the heating system broke down. When I called the information number, the recording stated that assistance was only available until 10:00 PM. It was a weekend with constant snowfall, and neither of the two heating units worked properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I have been coming to this resort for over 10 years, but unfortunately it feels like there is less investment in maintenance and guest support each time. It seemed as though the place was under a transition. There was new equipment, but it was not fully setup. We had a hot tub in our room that served as a tub… the jets did not work. So many small things that could have been better. However the area was great and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast attendant was excellent in keeping up with the flow of traffic, and the food was fresh.
