The rooms are good, clean and tidy and the breakfasts are very good indeed, staff have always been friendly (I have stayed there a number of times now). Underground parking is worth paying for as there are little or no spaces on-street. Go to the Neptun. This place is horrible.
"The hotel provided instructions for late arrival (if after 10:00 pm). I arrived at 9:05pm and the hotel was locked up and the late arrive instructions were useless (no code box as described), they would not answer my calls. I could not enter and it and was below freezing. I had to find another hotel ..."
