Nice place
We rented this place for the weekend while attending an event in Astoria. The drive wasn't too far. The neighborhood is cute and there is a good coffee shop up the street. The house was nice. Nothing too special, but it met our needs.

Had a great stay, you could tell that the people who stayed in it the night before most definitely had a party, so i feel the house keepers didnt have enought time to finish cleaning before we checked in.

Beautiful home near beach
This home is spacious and beautifully decorated! The kitchen is well stocked. There is a large backyard for kids to play in and the rental is well-stocked with amenities for little ones. It was perfect for my 87 year old mom as a bedroom, bathroom, and all other essentials were on the ground floor. And the loft allowed my 2 kids to have their own cots to sleep on which were comfortable. The washer and dryer also worked well. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Not the Best
Well we have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the most disappointed we have been. We even called and emailed formal complaint with photos. When we arrived we noticed that there were towels in the washer that had not been started, there were long silver hairs and when looked like pet hair on the sofas in the den, there was used Dove shampoo and conditioner bottles, the refrigerator drawer was broken, there is a deep stain on one of the throw pillows, there is no rod or any way to close the sliding den door shades unless you reach up and manually slide them, and the lights worked in the kitchen but it was difficult. We also noticed the there seemed to be some sort of animal droppings behind the sofa - we saw them when we had to get a pen. Overall - it just felt less clean that when we expected. We did clean the dishes and started a load of towels. We put all the bedding by the washer. We did have a magical moment when we watch 5 deer come and stay in the back yard one evening. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good.

Quiet relaxing neighborhood close to beach
1 min drive or 15 min walk to beach, very close. Quiet, clean, quaint little house by the sea. Not super up to date but the price reflects that. Could definitely use new mattresses all around. Other than that it was our home base while we explored for 3 days. It was nice.

Peaceful, gorgeous, don’t stay here if you want to leave rested.
The facility itself was overall clean, it was beautifully decorated! We bring our roomba with us when we go somewhere, and unfortunately, the floors filled up the bin on roomba every 10 minutes or so, so that’s super nasty… but on the bright side, it’s way cleaner for others who also have allergies <3

Nice Place
My family enjoyed their stay on the Oregon coast in this vacation rental. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was clean and ready when we arrived. The one negative comment is the box spring mattress on both beds was extremely noisy. We would often wake ourselves up or our spouse just turning over in our sleep. Vacations usually mean good sleep and the sleep was not great because of the noisy bed. Also, the property owner should consider repairing the shower door before they have a mold and rot issue. Otherwise great place to stay and close to stores, the beach and other local towns and cities.

Nice location with many problems
Good points 1) great location near beach 2) great location near a bakery 3) clean property 4) nice and quuet neighborhood Bad points 1) floor is tilted in the kitchen, dinning area, and bathroom. ( you are literally sliding downward) 2) Only one good queen size bed to use (the other is concave in the middle and makes loudest noises when you move slightly to change position). Two little camp beds upstairs that can Not be used by adults or teenagers ( low ceiling) 3) has bugs in the room with noise that bite my son all over his body) 4) funky smell in the house (maybe a dead animal under the house) for the last 2 days. Woke us up at night. 5) bathroom has tilted floor and shower door doesn't close and water pools outside the shower door. 6) internet sketchy at times 7) washing machine was out of order waiting for parts since August and the cover was taped shut. 8) has two toasters but neither one works properly. 9) we paid a lot for this place and were expecting more than what we got.

Terrible BEDS! No working washing machine
The beds are terrible. We went and purchased a foam pad to put on top. I wouldn't stay here again with the same beds. Also - the washing machine was not working. They could have let us know before we arrived but did not. Spent two hours at a laundromat. Poor communication.

Great location!
This place could not be in a better location! We could drive to the beach in a minute or two. Easy drive to Walmart and Costco just 8 minutes down the 101. I wish I would have noticed it didn't have a bath tub though. The bedroom closest to the bathroom had a bed that was very uncomfortable. Still had a good stay and really loved the location! Also, we purchased a new toaster and can opener during our stay and left them for the next folks. These items were not working during our stay.

Perfect Launchpad for Oregon Coast Fun!
This comfortable, bright and airy house had everything we needed for meals and downtime between our sightseeing. GREAT access to Sunset Beach and very convenient to restaurants and groceries. Seaside, Fort Stevens State Park and Fort Clatsop National Park are all wonderful destinations within 20 minutes’ drive. Only downside is that the beds are pretty saggy. But, a few extra morning stretches and we were able to enjoy all this house has to offer—which is a lot!

Overall a Decent Stay
Overall our stay was decent, and met our basic needs. Upon arrival we noticed that the window tracks were very dirty, especially the sliding back door track. We found an inappropriate button pinned to a couch pillow. It was probably left over from a bachelorette party, but something the cleaning crew should have caught. The beds and fold out couch were uncomfortable, and we were resigned to sleeping on the floor on the cot mattresses. The floors were tilted, and while the inside matched the photos of the home, the outside photo was taken at an angle that made the front of the house look larger. There were no real baking pans, or cook wear like pyrex, and the manual can opener did not work. The remote for the Direct TV also lost battery power, and we could not locate extra batteries. Overall there was more than enough space for us, and our kids enjoyed the loft for playing. We also liked the coziness of the fireplace, and found that the place heated up quickly.

Cute little beach house
Great place for a beach getaway. Loft for the kids. Lots of kids movies, games, and toys (although lots of missing/broken pieces and mismatched DVDs. I spent some time cleaning/organizing the game and DVD cupboards). Super cute place with a great open layout. Beds are not too comfortable (but we have a memory foam mattress at home so we're kind of spoiled!) The beds for the kids are just little cots with a thin pad. Pretty well equipped kitchen. Close to Astoria and Seaside. Beach access is just a few blocks away. Great location in a quiet little neighborhood. Good surface cleaning, but is in need of a deep clean.

Very disappointing! Not what we would recommend, and management is unresponsive
I stayed at the home with family who has been living with trauma and stage 4 cancer, and this trip was meant to be a visit, working trip, and to provide caregiving for her. While the home is lovely looking inside and kept us warm, there were many issues. In the area leading to the den and the garage, there is a wooden floor and a very unstable wooden panel that could have come up easily to cause an accident. There was also a nail sticking out from the panel in the center of it that could clearly cut either of us. In the den, there was a sign on one of the blinds in a window that said that the window blinds did not close and not to touch the blinds. With no window privacy, we worked to cover the blinds with a sheet and in doing so, the entire blinds came off the wall and fell onto the floor just missing my family. While in the space, we needed quiet time at a particular time during the day. It was fairly quiet until one day when someone came to mow our yard and the one next to us for over an hour. We didn’t anticipate someone being close enough to the home to look right in the windows while he trimmed the hedges. Since we were made aware of when to dump the garbage and other time-sensitive things, it would have been greatly appreciated to know that maintenance was going to be there so we could shift our plans to accordingly. We were also unable to turn the fan on above the kitchen table so at a time when the lawn was mowed and we needed to close the windows, we did not have circulation. The Wi-Fi was very spotty when doing work and watching movies. Be prepared to reset the modem more than once. You can visibly see mold at the house and even with airing out the house, it caused sneezing and coughing for much of our stay there. That doesn’t help when dealing with cancerous issues. I do not feel that I received what I paid for. I sent a much more detailed private email to management with no response in return and found that to be unacceptable.

Great location, Awful beds : (
We have rented dozens of vacation homes over the years and are very experienced travelers. This place is very clean, the open concept is great for small groups and the location is great for north coast exploring. Kitchen layout is great, but not well stocked. Definitley need more pans/cookware. You'll need to bring your own oils, spices, sugar, etc. The beds here are some of the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced. The mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable and make a TON of noise. This place could be a total gem of the owners would upgrade the mattresses. Unfortunately, all of the great things about this place simply go unappreciated when you haven't slept in five nights. Would not stay here again because of this. We go on vacation to rest and recharge and that was not possible here.

Beach House Escape
Great home with everything you need for a beach holiday. Don’t bring anything. The house looks small from the road but there is tons of space. Area is very cute and beachy and close to anything you need. Driving on the beach and watching the sunset was a highlight for sure and worth the stay. It’s a 4/5 for us as the home needs some R&M and upkeep. You can tell the owners don’t come here much and it’s rented by a rental company that just clean and leave for the next group. Put some love into it and it would be a 5/5. I would rebook and stay again. I would also consider other options.
