The room was very clean and set up well. The room amenities are pretty basic, but were all we needed. The entire property was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Simple but wonderful! Staff has been incredibly helpful and kind. Rooms are clean. Location is great! Plenty of parking. Grocery and coffee right next door, town is walkable. Will definitely stay here again.

Big clean room, helpful staff. Needed a light bulb for the bedside lamp and she went and got one for us while we waited. Loved the maple leaf on the lobby floor. Just a very welcoming atmosphere and the property puppy was adorable. We very much enjoyed our two night stay.

This was listed as the same price as the much nicer Hampton Inn. Hampton has a breakfast though, while Can Am does not, so add $20/ day if you want breakfast in town (not many choices either). This hotel is very bare bones, but very clean.

We were promptly greeted by the friendly hotel owner. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable; we slept like babies. We we would definitely stay here again 😊

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hugo's Family Market is right next door. 1901 Bar and Restaurant was down the road, great food. Joe's is just down the road and around the corner. Amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay there next time we go to Warroad.

We booked a stay for 4 days.on the second day we seen cockroaches and mentioned it to the staff. The owner Rhonda treated us with disrespect and said those bugs don't exist in Minnesota. We canceled our reservation and at that time she stated she would refund us. We have yet to see it. We were livid with the treatment we received. Even with the bugs we could have lived with it but she made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I would never recommend anybody to stay there. I recommend ready previous reviews before going there.
