DESCRIPTION OF BUILDING AND AREA:

The apartment is situated in an atmospheric location in the Praga-Północ district. The flat is part of a modern investment. The location combines rich urban infrastructure and convenience of moving around the capital. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of many restaurants and retail and service outlets. The Galeria Wileńska is located 1.3 km away and is full of popular shops that meet the needs of modern customers. Numerous recreational green areas in the vicinity provide an excellent opportunity for a morning jog or an evening stroll in nature. The Praga district is also known for its arts scene - it is home to a theatre and the Prague Walk of Fame. The location offers easy access to other districts of Warsaw thanks to a well-developed transport network. Both the city centre and the Old Town can be reached by public transport in 15 minutes. In addition, the Szwedzka metro station (400m) is nearby, making it easy to get around the capital. Those who prefer green solutions can use one of the many city bike rental stations in the area, as the district is very bike-friendly.

There is also a balcony with garden furniture - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. In addition, the Kitchenette is equipped with high quality appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher) that will allow you to prepare your favourite meals. Fully equipped, this tasteful apartment has a modern décor and has been meticulously decorated. The wide range of amenities and the complete furnishing of the apartment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories and equipment guarantee a comfortable stay. To facilitate the start of each stay, a complimentary set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and bed linen are provided.
