“Property owner thinks they can keep all of your money even though a natural disaster happened during the time you were supposed to be there. So, basically, if the weather could kill you, you either take the chance of dying or have your money taken from you for absolutely nothing. Also, VRBO/Expedia states that there are exceptions for extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters. We were supposed to be at the property from January 23, 2026 till January 25, 2026(leave by 11 am), during……

“Loved the location. Place was clean and spacious. Had a great time.”

“First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house. The door to the laundry room was initially closed and when we opened it the room was very hot and steamy. We pulled the dryer……

“The house was clean and looked just as shown in the photos. The jacuzzi was huge and very relaxing! Nice getaway if you are looking for solitude and relaxation.”

“We only stayed for 1 night because we were passing through the area but really enjoyed it. Great place - clean, comfortable, and quiet - and seems like it’s in a great location even though we couldn’t take advantage of what was around :) Would stay here again.”
