It was basic en-suite room which is quite clean. It locates near the heritage and easy to access by bike or walk. Quite convenient to find street food.
Overall my stay at Grandparents Home went well. With the heat in Ayutthaya the AC didn’t seem to keep up well, but the room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful if ever I needed anything. I would highly recommend eating at the Walk In as ...
The hotel was in a great location very near to the historical park. The breakfast was cooked-to-order. There was free wi-fi that was not super-fast, but serviceable. The Owner/Manager was very helpful with planning which ruins to visit and how to get there. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's above ...
Beautiful little place to stay! Great air conditioning, tv, wifi, and great location! You're minutes away from amazing ruins. The man who owns the facility is the star though. He was so kind and helpful, and set us up with a great boat trip to see temples!
Hotel was nice, big rooms but bed rather hard, dont go jumping into it! I only stayed 2nights so didn't bother me. Hotel in a quiet location but has good access to some attraction Staff were friendly and helpfull
Nice Place in the center of city. Big room suit for family.
No journey through the area is complete without seeing Wat Ratchaburana.
Making your way there is half of the adventure, as it's located 40 miles from the country's capital city, Bangkok, in an area known as Ayutthaya.
To be close to Wat Ratchaburana, stay at one of 19 possible accommodations within 2 miles. Try The Cavalli Casa Resort, the Ayothaya Hotel and The Lima Place. They are a quick 2 miles, 0.7 miles and 2 miles away, respectively.
Save more than a few pennies by staying a few nights at a nearby budget hotel. The Q Zone Boutique is not only modestly-priced but a short 0.7 miles away.
There's nothing better than heading back to a luxurious room and slipping into a plush bathrobe at the end of a long day. You’ll find several chic hotels nearby where you'll be able to do just that. Make sure you take a look at the latest deals at the Sala Ayutthaya (1 mile away) and the Krungsri River Hotel (1 mile away).
If the delectable coffee at Number One doesn't prepare you for a morning at Wat Ratchaburana, the yummy treats will. This well-known eatery is not far at all. Later on at night, get a table at one of the nearby restaurants. Discover new dishes and refuel your body with a hearty meal at Baiplu. Don't let it end there! Join the locals for a wine or two at น้ำปั่น หน้าองค์การ.
It's always easy to make your way to Wat Ratchaburana by train, as it's merely 1 mile away from Ayutthaya, the nearest station.
