Super friendly staff and good location in the heart of BKK1, an expat centered part of the city. Safe and clean. Its also an apartment complex for expats so there are residents whom are respectful and kind.
They are not very good at enforcing health rules though, like noise pollution (loud loud music from the neighbors), and not able to reinforce the no smoking rule in the apartments.
But the staff are always responsive and try their best to fix things

Loved the location, room was comfortable, the king bed was fantastic, and the rainfall shower amazing. Definitely enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar!
