"Clean home with helpful host"

"This place is top notch. Super clean, house had everything we needed for the stay (beach chairs, snorkle gear, beach bag, cooking utensils, etc). Very close to downtown Cruz bay, just a few minutes away. Also, some of the best beaches are only 10-15 minutes away. The pool/patio area was a great place to spend an afternoon after the beach. We loved staying here and hope to be back soon"

"We loved our vacation in this beautiful cottage! The location was perfect for easy access to hiking and snorkeling/swimming. Many national park trails are walking distance from the house, as are several snorkeling sites. We greatly enjoyed snorkeling in Groopan and Kiddle Bays, close to the cottage, and exploring the park trails. The cottage was very well outfitted, and the garden and views are inspiring! "I came down w/ a friend for a short girls’ trip in February. The property is just like the advertised specifications and photos. Very clean, nicely situated, comfortable beds, good amenities in the kitchen. The view is spectacular and we truly enjoyed ourselves and our time at this property. That said, there are a few things you need to know before staying. First, this property is located on a busy road and while a short walk into Cruz Bay center, you need to be careful of traffic as the road...

"We had a great vacation. Sean met us at the circle and walked us through everything with the house and checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything was going well. The beds were comfortable. Beach chairs and towels that were provided were great. The oven was out of order during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a decent frypan. We met Marcus before we left and had a nice visit,"

"My husband and I just spent a wonderful week in "The Little Easy". The house is exactly what we hoped for, beautiful view, cooling breezes all the time, great location and comfortable, pretty cottage. When we had a need, David was right there. We will remember the amazing views from the porch, sunrises, coming and going of boats, clouds of every configuration, a huge rainbow, moon and stars galore...so beautiful!!! We will be going back!!"
