Loved it… the best was the staff and the buffet breakfast included. Great spot near train station and lots of places to shop or eat. Great experience!

We chose to park in the garage across the street. No one informed us that the skybridge was closed on weekends which made accessing our car a big problem. Your staff should be fully aware and competent on how a guest can gain entry to the garage on weekends.

Clean, great parking, comfortable accomodations.

Upon arrival while checking in, one of the staff informed me that “there were no standard rooms” and that I would be upcharged for a double room. I booked through Expedia and it indicated there was a standard room available. Luckily someone else at the front desk informed the other person that my room should not be upcharged. I felt unwelcome at the jump, especially after my overseas flight had just been cancelled at the last moment making me scramble to find a place to stay. It was not a great start to my stay at this resort.

Clean room, great customer service, the bar area was nice and overall good experience. Great view of the City from our room too!
