We have stayed here several times under the new ownership, it's quite convenient, affordable and very friendly. They do need to put more towells in the rooms, and a bigger towell would be very nice.

It was clean, looked safe around so we weren’t worried about a vehicle break in. Nice place for what it is, a roadside 50’s motel. Had 70 yr old carpet on the floor and the padding was audibly crumbling when walked on. If you can’t make it any further, it’s a good place to stop for the night.

Great low key hotel. Very comfortable king bed and quiet. The only concern I had was the dead bolt or the doorknob didn’t lock you could push the door open. The door could only be locked by the door latch. With that being said it is in a safe area.

The room does come with a microwave and refrigerator. Comforters are plush white comforters and not the classic hard purple motel comforters. The toilet seat was half broken and the door lock had to be pushed in to get it to work properly. Definitely not a motel with all the bells and whistles but I would stay here again if needed.

The room we were given the window didn’t lock and looked as if it was under construction so we asked for another room and in that one the window did lock however was not clean

Do not stop!

Got there and told it was closed, although open sign was lite. Only 2 cars in parking lot. Had to leave and drive another 50 miles for a nights sleep. Now having issue getting refunded.

Clean room, comfortable beds, quite and safe. It was just what we need while attending the KBA in Emporia. The staff was very pleasant. We would stay again if in the area.

It is an older motel but they have done a lot of work to update it. Its clean and quiet. I was impressed with the updated carpets and AC. Checking in was easy and the office staff were nice. Very convenient to the highway as well.

We couldn’t stay, there were bed bugs all over the mattresses. Expedia called the property and a refund was issued without a problem.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The property is a bit dated but it has good access to the highway, restaurant and gas station. Overall I would stay here again if hotel was needed.
