There are 4 refrigerators available for use. One full sized refrigerator with a freezer, one mini fridge by back door, one in the outdoor kitchen, and another in the Tiki bar you can use to store your refreshments. There is an outdoor kitchen you can use to cook. Stovetop burners, propane grill, Blackstone, and offset smoker. Please clean and turn off propane after use.
Inside the house you will find 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and 2 full bathrooms. Each room has a TV. There is an office with a futon, as well as a large upstairs movie room with sleeper sofas and futons. A big TV in the living room with surround sound, 3 couches, dining area, and large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, burners, air fryer, blender, crock pot, toaster, and coffee maker. In the laundry room you will find a new washer and dryer. In the garage there is a full gym with equipment and a TV.
We are pet friendly, limit of 4 pets, pets stay for free. There is a fenced in area to the right of the house to keep the dogs in, as well as a dog house. Please clean up after your pets.
