Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am.....”

"Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine."
