"The hotel is ideally located directly across from Augsburg HBF station, making it extremely convenient for travel, with taxis, buses, and tram stops right outside the door. Overall, the hotel was very good. Although our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, we were offered a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The main reason for our high rating is down to Batu and Nils, who were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they clearly work very hard and are dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. They are truly a credit to the hotel and their employer. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation when visiting this beautiful city and fully recommend this hotel—5 stars without a doubt! Thank you so much, Batu and Nils!"

"The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was vey good (considering it is a free breakfast), well above expectations. The rooms are very small, but for the price, adequate. The parking could be difficult when the lot hits capacity (there is a partnered lot nearby but it is a little inconvenient). However, the neighborhood is nice and safe, walking everywhere was easy. For the price, this hotel was incredible (as long as the realization is understood that the cost is a fraction of other hotels). People often want a palace regardless of how little of an amount paid. The cleanliness, amenities, and staff are all maintained at a pleasant level, if on a budget, this hotel is definitely not a disappointment."

"Excellent food and beer garden. Rooms are very comfy but no tea and coffee facilities in room. Reception was unattended on arrival but excellent welcome when receptionist arrived. Reasonable dig walking places nearby."

"It's in the center of town, parking with a fee is well worth it. Fantastic breakfast, with coffee, tea available with small pastries, apple, fruit waterthrough out the day. Small drink frig. at the reception area for small fee as well as various little snacks."
