"Zimmer und auch das Frühstück waren ok.Aber was absolut nicht ok war,dass ich mein Zimmer über Expedia gebucht und auch im Voraus bezahlt hatte und es beim Auschecken im Hotel hieß,es sei kein Buchung vorhanden.Ich musste das Zimmer noch einmal bezahlen.
Jetzt kann ich mich über Expedia,die sehr nett und zuvorkommend waren, darum kümmern mein Geld wieder zurückzubekommen.So was darf nicht passieren!
Auch finde ich es etwas seltsam,dass die Schlüsselkarten vor dem Hotel frei zugänglich für jeden...

"I chose the hotel since it is close to the soccer stadium of Stuttgart. Room was small but clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was really good.

"Hotel was clean and spacious, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good. Great location with easy parking. Gym is basic and could use some dumbbells to improve the strength offering available for the size of the gym."

"The front door had a giant crack in the glass- which left us with a fear of our safety. This is a storefront that has been “converted” into a rental. The second “bedroom” was in the living room and in fact the beds were set up in what used to be a shop windows- my daughter didn’t feel safe. In addition a terrible smell emanated from the bathroom and there were no windows to open. Just awful. Was there for such a short stay I didn’t contact landlord because I didn’t want to wait for someone to come but no kitchen either (in bathroom which is really not sanitary. We travel a lot and this was the worst place we’ve stayed hands down. "
