The hotel was clean, staff was helpful.. Check in was good. However, it was on a busy roundabout with hundreds of trucks daily. As someone from North America relying on air conditioning, the room was dreadfully hot. As one could not always keep the windows open because of street traffic it made for unpleasant sleeping. We were there for 6 nights. If coming in the summer, Hamburg is getting hotter. Pick a place with AC if you are used to it. I know many Europeans did not mind as our hotel was full of them..

Sauberkeit, Polster Mief, 5Sterne hier bezieht der Gast noch selber seine Betten ( kostet ja auch nur 20€ extra dafür das man es selber macht wohlgemerkt ..."
