Wenshan Hot Spring Tours

The check-in was smooth. The staff were all very polite at the front desk. (5 stars) The room is leaning on the small size compare to the other similar grade hotel. Room was clean and the cleaning staff were all very polite and professional (4.5) stars. Breakfast buffet offering was very standard. Not the best. There was one day out of the 5 days that most of the food selections were empty or almost empty. We can only say that they refill the food very slowly and most of the breakfast period towards the last hour were empty. When we asked staff to refill, they were all very grumpy and unhappy. Some staff was also impolite as if it was the customers' fault asking for food where there is still one hour left for breakfast. We try to complain to the manager of the restaurant just to find out that the manager has day off on that day. We end up go to the front desk to ask for the duty manager and also to find out the duty manger is not on duty till noon. (LOL). On that morning, we were all pretty upset. (Breakfast and food) 2.5 stars)

This hotel understands what hospitality means. Jack, Shaun and everyone who works here are courteous and professional. It is home away from home

MRT is just round the corner so very easy to get to any part of taipei and about 2 stops from Beimen station for access to the airport express train. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious.
