Even the neck-support pillows did not support my head well. This was a common issue I had with different hotels during my latest trip to Germany.”

“The ambiance for this place was amazing. I needed a nice place near the train station for a reasonable price with real people for a late check in, I hate the self check in places. ”

“+: Free tram ticket to connet the city cneter is the biggest advantage to us. -: Everything is ok but just the room to us is noisy becuase the raindrops keep hit the metal outside of the window. It seems this situation only hasppened to our room becuase of the hotel structure. there is no improving by closing the window. We could not help but hearing it all the night. However the other day was sunny day, so no noise from the rain during our 2nd day.”
