Overall I had a great experience from dealing with staff to checking out with no issues

Proximity to downtown and nearby amenities such as restaurants and shopping. Quiet. Ready availability of property assistance.

In the process of renovating. Not much open and several floors not even available. Pool is still being renovated- room was nice and clean- parts of the hotel that were open were nice and remodeled. Staff was good- but only two people on staff at night. Breakfast was delicious and included!

Basic motel, king room decent size. Very limited breakfast. Only a few items to choose from. Same options every day.

Spent two nights at this hotel. Room was fair, bathroom fair, what was called a breakfast was a bread feast. I stayed at another Microtel in Bellevue NE which had a great breakfast. Staff was OK. Person who checked me in was friendly. Condition of the hotel was old. Smoking is allowed just outside the doors and I was smelling smoke quite a bit at night which made it hard to sleep. Not sure if there are "permanent residents" here but there was one "gentleman" that was sitting out by the door near my room smoking for extended periods of time. One bright light was the Mediterranean restaurant next to the McDonalds which was great. Room for a lot of improvement at this place.
