Excellent communication prior to arriving. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice to have a bar in the lobby. Andrea (I hope I have spelt her name correctly) made the stay much better than it would have been were she not there. She was caring, helpful, keen to be of assistance and intelligent.

Good location, clean if it wasn’t for the carpet, lovely breakfast and Jan at reception was very kind and helpful. Carpets are more than desperate for an update or at least a clean and I think they will be soon.

Excellent location, close to everything. The room was beautiful and the hotel is very elegant. Breakfast - super. The only downside was the lack of elevators - my husband is 82 and we did not know.
