Very comfortable and well-kept house. Clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and communication was clear

Rooms were spotless and the bed was comfy. Staff were welcoming, and having breakfast included was a bonus. Right near public transport too. Would stay again.

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

Had a hard time finding out it had a hot tub or not but they had a really big public hot tub in the fitness center has a maximum of 6 people but could fit 15-20 ish if you tried. Dead center of Toronto making it easy to access. Very clean rooms. Only two issues being that I wish they had a free breakfast and when going down to the P.A.T.H system there’s a massive leak in the ceiling which is a little worrying but that’s more the systems issue then they actual hotel. Really enjoyed my stay would go again and highly recommend especially if your in Toronto on business.

Staff could of been friendlier and room had a bit of an odor. However, it was quiet and appeared to be catered to couples and not families, which made it relaxing and there are no kids and/or noise running up and down the hall like traditional hotels. Would stay again.
