"The hotel staff were very friendly. The receptionist was helpful and recommended a few places to eat, what beaches to go to. She was great! The ladies that cleaned the room were friendly, it seemed they only made the beds and changed the towels for the bathroom and pool and did the trash. Not sure of their policy on cleaning the rooms occupied. The room was a nice size for a family of four. It was a bit outdated, the beds were terrible. Really uncomfortable, and bed frames broken on both beds...."

"Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed."

"Very nice quiet stay. I did wish that they would have kept the gate to the courtyard closed at night -would have made me feel a bit more secure as my entry door was to the courtyard and I was a solo traveler. Place was very clean and a great price. I’d stay there again."
