Location was perfect for my needs. Staff was courteous, friendly,and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning and staff efficient and friendly. Only down side was no AC, luckily the evenings were cool. Might consider ceiling fans. Also, a shame the hop on/hop off bus stop wasn’t operating anymore right in front of the hotel.(I do realize that’s not something the hotel controls but maybe if the word got out about it ,things could change)

Amazing staff nice hotel cool style and great location some wear and tear in place! My room was great lights on the ceiling were covered in dust! Not major but I noticed it! Would recommend recommend and stay again

Great location! Really nice hotel, the stair and lift lobby are so cool and well restored! Staff we nice. We didn't spend much time in the hotel as we were at the commonwealth games. Bed and bedding was comfy. Air con worked well. Only marked it down because inside the room there was only a tiny metal table for the tea and coffee and the side tables for the bed were so low. Basically there wasn't a decent surface in the room. We had trouble with the TV. The channels didnt work and the casting didn't work. Wasn't too bothered as we were there much. Would be good to get an additional sound proof on the window but I appreciate the windows are huge! The noise from the pub on the corner was annoying but it's a city centre so noise expected!
