“Standard room had bbq advertised, but was not included . We had reserved the room expecting that so we could cook our meals. The breaker for the AC would pop so the room was not cool when we’d get back from our activities during the day. Wifi was very spotty. Good location just outside of falcon lake. Nice bonfire pit area.”

“This was a very special trip for my family, we wanted something quiet and private where we could spend quality time and relax. All the amenities were as described and in good working order. We had a slight issue with one of the fire alarms running out of batteries and beeping loudly but the host was able to provide assistance in a reasonable timeframe.The beds are comfortable and there were a lot of blankets provided which was appreciated as we were a larger group.
