"Was very surprised I had everything within reach , location close to the airport and the ocean, great food , nice mall connected to the hotel, great atmosphere a refreshing pool with a view of the city , breakfast was great and our room was excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs we definitely will be book again when in town thank you "

"I stayed in suite and junior suite for several nights and several occassions. Staff are very good and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is always good. Room is OK. Bed is clean, bathroom, livingroom is ok. the rest is ok. Room is big enough for what I need. Some of the suite position are odd. Good amenities. Elevators are very slow. The lobby area and elevator area look worn out. Area is bery convenience. If I need to stay in Kebon Jeruk area, this hotel is the best hotel compare the rest of the hotels nearby the area."

"Good Wi-Fi and nice large gym. Three restaurants with a nice breakfast buffet. There is even a small shopping mall at the rear of the hotel although it doesn’t have a lot of stores yet. It’s a good thing that the hotel is well equipped though because there is really nothing else in the area."

"Had our stay for more than 2 weeks there during my Jakarta trip meeting my family in town. We had great stay in Mercure. The service was excellent, all staffs are friendly. House keeping team did fantastic job helping in cleaning our room. Overall, it is recommended staying in Mercure and you won't regret it. Excellent !!"

"The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend. "
