Excellent staff: very helpful and responsive. Great location next to a shopping mall that has a food hall with wide variety of foods on offer at very cheap prices, plus some more up-market restaurants. Wide range of shops including a useful supermarket. Taxis readily available in the area, allowing you to get straight on to major north-south and east-west arterial roads. The Light Rapid Transit (train) passes close by, as do Transjakarta buses. We felt that the kitchen was not very well equipped with crockery/cutlery; otherwise fine, and very spacious. This was our second time here, and we were disappointed that our second apartment had a couple of problems when we checked in: air-conditioning not working, safe deposit box not working.

Excellent service. Beautiful hotel with magnificent ambiance, culture, decor and friendly staff. I comment Lucky and Dea as especially helpful and understanding. This should be the only place to stay in Jakarta.

Fantastic staff in an amazing building. Really well maintained with great amenities in a good location. The food & the view from the restaurant was spectacular.
