“Even though the AC was out during our stay, the staff was incredibly nice and very accommodating. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming, with games available for kids to enjoy. There are plenty of food options nearby, and it’s just a short drive to multiple downtown areas and activities in Minneapolis. Overall, a very nice hotel and great experience.”

It felt like a nice hotel until we got to the room which was just OK, except the bathroom was rather disappointing. The curved shower curtain rod was installed improperly or worn out and leaning down such that the shower curtain kept falling towards the center allowing water to easily escape the shower on the sides. The showerhead had lots of buildup and had clearly not been cleaned recently; it also sprayed hard and remarkably wide, which exacerbated the aforementioned problem with the curtain rod. The toilet bowl was stained. It would have felt on par with peers if the complementary internet service was capable of basic streaming capabilities, but it was really quite weak and I ended up falling back to the Netflix service provided through the Hotel's TV interface.
