“We had a nice one night stay at this cosy cabin which is in a picturesque part of Winchester near the streams. It's a fun adventure for a young family but probably not ideal for people with mobility issues as the two bedroom spaces require climbing/crawling through a small door. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cabin but the kitchen is outdoors, which is a bit of a challenge on a wet/cold day. Would definitely stay again.”

“I stayed at Peppercorn Cottage with my husband, 3yo, ten-month old and our dog and it was heaven. It's an adorable house, packed with character and beautifully done out. We had everything we needed and Nicola was very helpful in bringing over kids bits and answering any questions. Cheriton is a lovely village; Arlesford is great for small independent shops and the countryside is gorgeous. We had a great weekend all in all and would love to come back.”

Booked expecting a fairly hassle free process to book only to be asked for a photo of my passport, bank card details, home address and more (ajority of which was NOT needed) Anyway arrived to find someone parked in my reserved space in what was essentially a public car park but not the end of the world, however once i stepped through the door thats where the problem came. “Had a lovely stay at the Aethelred Annexe! Great amenities and an incredibly generous host. It felt very warm and cozy and the bed was super comfy. Great location for a quick drive/ bus into the city centre. Would absolutely recommend.”
