If you have a lot of baggage, go into the underground parking from the hotel and take the elevator up. If you don’t do that, it’s all stairs.

During check in we asked for a cart to carry our things up and they sent us to another desk to get bell hop as I was staying downstairs to vallet our car she went up to the room with bell hop we stayed on the 12th floor so it was a few seconds ride she tried to make small talk she asked how long have you worked here he goes 7 years she said wow how do you like it he shrugged his shoulders and goes I haven’t left yet so I must like it when getting to the room she asked when he shift was to end he said hopefully soon so she explained to him that I had the cash and she wanted to tip him but he said you can catch me sometime tomorrow or later so I just said you know what he doesn’t need one but the bell hop we had the next morning was the nicest man and received the tip for him and the guy’s from the night before

Front desk staff was rude once we was checked in.The food was good but small portions for the price.Their machines are highway robbery and you can't cut the a/c off manually the front desk have to do that.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful art deco decor. Close to everything needed in downtown. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Great view outside our corner room.
