The location of this hotel was perfect, it is walkable to the area attractions, shopping and dining facilities. This was my first time staying here and I felt safe and the rooms were clean and comfortable and close to everything. This is a good option for lodging in West Yellowstone.

Bed sheets had stains which was gross and it ac was not cold enough so it got super hot during the night. Breakfast was ok nothing special.

Breakfast is not that good, we paid for 3 nights, 1st night some one ‘s car alarm went off every hr. 2 nd day we put $5 tip on the table with a note to request to refill bathroom paper and tissue. Money is gone without doing a job. The 3rd day we left the motel at 8 AM to Yellowstone park, when we come back by 7 pm, the room wasnot cleaning up at all. There was roaches in my room.

We paid almost $700.00 for a two-night stay. The nicest part of this hotel is the lobby, which is why it’s prominently featured as the main picture on their website. The lobby is not representative of their rooms; the rooms are dated & dirty. The bathroom had chunks of hair stuck to the floor & there were dead bugs every where! A huge black beetle was dead on the floor next to the toilet. My sister & her family stayed in the room next to ours & were also disgusted by the amount of bugs in their room- dead & alive. When my husband wasn’t killing & cleaning-up dead bugs, he was fixing the toilets in both of our rooms that struggled to work; they either didn’t flush or looked like they were going to overflow. We did like/appreciate the breakfast that was provided for hotel guests every morning. There was a good assortment of items (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, muffins, donuts, cereal, juices, coffee & milk) & the staff did a great job of replenishing the food throughout the morning. Overall, I would give our stay a two out of five stars. The rooms are very overpriced, but I guess that’s what you get in a tourist town conveniently located at the west entrance to Yellowstone! We would not stay here again.
