Great location just an hour outside Yellowstone NP, especially if you want to avoid overpriced, tourist trap Gardiner. Great staff, nice room, comfy bed. Would stay here again!

The property has some age to it, but don’t underestimate how great of a value this place is. Service was outstanding, breakfast was delicious, any amenity you could use was available, and a place was clean. I would recommend getting some new pillows in the rooms, but other than that this place is a bargain.

This place is dated but the comfort of the bed and pillows great! It is beside a highway and with the single pane windows, you can hear the cars. Also, breakfast tends to be lite but not bad. Staff was great!

The hotel is not “updated”, but the rooms are quiet and the bed was comfortable. It had the things we needed and we both slept well. If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel, this may not be for you. If you want a clean quiet place to sleep, then try this one.

We had a wonderful stay at Yellowstone River Inn & Suites. Traveling with our 2-year-old, the in-room kitchen was a lifesaver. We could prep meals, snacks, and bottles on our own schedule instead of hunting for kid-friendly restaurants after long park days. The location is outstanding. It’s right by the West Entrance of Yellowstone, so we got into the park early and skipped a lot of driving. Restaurants, shops, and everything else we needed were within easy reach, which made evenings with a toddler so much easier. The whole stay was convenient and stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Yellowstone!

Such friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Indoor pool was refreshing and sparkling clean. A bit of scenic drive from Yellowstone (50 minutes) but definitely worth the price!
