“Lovely little cottage,very clean,parking,private,little gem”

“Great location to stay between days at west wittering beach. A lovely property which was quiet and clean. The bed has a fantastic mattress and quality bedding but the pillows require a refresh. A hand held shower only, a higher wall mount would likely solve this. Kitchen requires a vegetable peeler but all other items a high standard and a pleasure to cook with. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The house suited our family group of 8 really well. The house was clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen. Although we had a couple of mishaps during our stay the property manager dealt with them efficiently and politely. We would stay in this property again. ”

“Grove Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 8 adults celebrating my father's 100th birthday. The ground floor ensuite bedroom was perfect for him. The house was clean and very well equipped. As we had goodcweather we were able to enjoy the lovely private garden. We were met by Lee who was very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice about the area.”

“Very well presented and well-equipped. Had everything we needed for a family beach holiday plus a pleasant south facing patio/garden. Plenty of parking. 10 mins walk to supermarkets, butchers, greengrocers, bakers, etc. plus a few restaurants and cafés. Would stay there again.”

“The property is located in a very affluent area. Totally peaceful and quiet. The furniture and fittings are first class and in particular the enormous bed is extremely comfortable. There is everything you could possibly want available to you. In particular the freestanding bath gives you views of the field with roaming deer present on most days. I would however like to raise two negative points (which I must emphasise only affected myself). The settees and chair although extremely expensive I……
