Loft is above an out building in a parking lot shared with a restaurant and park. For us, it was perfect. Walking distance to all things in the Town of Westcliffe. The only time we had to get back in the vehicle was to go away to hike or just be further from the main streets. A few days we had deer visiting in the parking lot and park. Having said that, the loft is simple and does not have a couch, recliner, love seat, etc. There are a couple of bar stools but it's a basic studio loft. Full kitchen, and bathroom. For us, the lack of other furniture was not a big deal as we mainly rent places to sleep, we get to spend our time outside of the rentals.
