### Ferienwohnung in Westerdeichstrich
This 2-room apartment on the 1st floor offers the perfect retreat for your North Sea vacation and has a variety of amenities to make your stay unforgettable. Through the apartment's hallway you enter the spacious living and dining room, which is equipped with a sofa bed, an armchair bed, a flat screen TV and a dining table. The separate bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (160 x 200 cm) and offers a quiet oasis for restful nights. This apartment is ideal for 2 people, but can also accommodate up to 4 people as there is a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room. From the living room you can access the spacious, southeast-facing balcony, which extends across the entire width of the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine as well as dishes and kitchen utensils for everyday needs. The bathroom is modern and practical and has a floor-to-ceiling shower, a hand basin, a hairdryer and a toilet. All windows in the apartment are equipped with external roller shutters. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
