“My stay was excellent. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient and the environment is quiet, perfect for resting. “The apartment was not properly cleaned. There was an opened water bottle in the fridge with salt in it, clearly used and left for a new guest, lack of attention to detail and hygiene.
I had tried to cancel earlier but couldn’t, so I confirmed with the host to proceed. Later, they called saying they would keep our belongings due to a misunderstanding with Expedia, which was very unprofessional.
Overall, a terrible experience. I would not return or recommend.”
