“We had no hot water for our stay. The live in caretaker tried to get a plumber but didn’t seem to think no hot water for showers for 4 days was a big deal. This was Christmas in a venue described as liux. It was more like camping in a house. ”

“Property was walking distance to the beaches and town center. Pool was awesome! There's an area with hammocks tables and grill to cook out. We also had a kitchenette in our balcony. It was great cooking outside with the warm breeze. We also had a hammock where we spent a lot of our time listening to the nature sounds. The owner and staff were super friendly and always made sure we were good. ”

“Wir haben diese Unterkunft mit realistischen Erwartungen gebucht – Dschungel, Natur, einfaches Leben. Was wir vorgefunden haben, hat jedoch jede Grunderwartung an eine vermietete Unterkunft weit unterschritten.Bei der Ankunft war die Unterkunft in einem ungepflegten Zustand: Die Bettwäsche war verschmutzt, die Küche war aufgrund mangelnder Hygiene nicht nutzbar, und das gesamte Objekt war unrein.
