The first room I was booked into had a truly terrible smell — bad enough to ask for a room change. The staff was very cooperative, but they moved me into a pretty musty smelling room with a broken AC/HVAC and a very loud portable AC/filtration unit. I’ve stayed there multiple times in the past and always had great experiences. But after this, not sure I can bring myself to go back.

The property was very close the walking areas of colonial Williamsburg. Decor was a bit dated and Wi-Fi was poor and unsecured. Very slow when it worked. Room was a nice size but it was down a flight of stairs and there were no elevators.

"Amazing little oasis! Unique home, with cool decor. Missun and Dave are so kinda and welcoming which made us feel so comfortable. You can tell they are loved because all the guests there are now regulars that keep coming back."

The outside was surrounded by gorgeous water views and the inside had a large kitchen to cook all the crabs & fish we caught!
