“Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, great to have a walk in shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. We had our evening meals in the Coast Bar and the food was delicious, good choices, great service. Breakfast was great, plenty of variety especially for anyone that does not want a fry. I loved the Leisure centre, spent a lot of time there, kept spotlessly clean.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay with this wonderful hospitality team. Yes, the lodge is in the middle of nowhere but that’s the point. Plenty to do in the countryside or within 15 minutes drive, and wonderful food awaits you upon returning. “First time in Castlebar and found this hotel to be a great location to stay in before my meeting next day. Whilst i arrived after 7pm and the restaurant kitchen closed at 7pm, I rang the reception and they offered me the choice to pre order a dinner - went for Roast Beef. On arrival check-in was very swift, my room was warm and comfortable and dinner when served was delicious. Quiet room with warm shower and great bed - so superb sleep enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious with nice choices on……
